Our Tournament needs your help!  To keep costs low, we ask all OYS families to donate a food or beverage item to our SMASH Tournament Concession stand.

Signing up for a food donation does not count towards earning your required volunteer credits.

3-4 NEW Volunteers Needed  

We need volunteers for the board sub-committee that organizes SMASH our home U10-12-14 Tournament the first weekend of June.  

Under the direction of the Tournament Director, committee members meet from Feb-June, 1X per month with a few more meetings closer to SMASH.   

Tasks include:  Team registration, concession stand, brackets, field crew management and more.  

Serving on this committee fulfills your volunteer requirements.    

Learn to Groom & Prepare Game Fields

10-15 Volunteers Needed

Become a member of our field crew that assists in grooming and preparing game fields at our SMASH fundraising tournament and on game days.   

This includes dragging infields and lining bases and batter's boxes.

Typically, field crew members will groom their players fields before the start of their games.  However, they may be asked to assist at other games. 

Serving as a field crew member fulfills your volunteer requirements.  

Have A Voice in Your Players Organization

Become a parent representative!  Serve your community through a local organization that builds strong confident girls.  

Parent representatives attend monthly board meetings and provide input into discussions on issues that affect the organization.   They serve on a board sub-committee of their choice (Commissioners, Marketing/Communications, Fundraising, SMASH Tournament, Financials)  

Parent Representative seats are open for:

U6, U8, U10, U12, U14, U16

Serving as a parent representative fulfills your volunteer requirement.  

Game Commissioner Needed

Interested in organizing teams, games, fields and umpires?  OYS needs a parent willing to help us manage our summer program.
